Sword and Sorceress

Stayed up way too late last night to finish editing my latest short story to send in for the annual Sword and Sorceress. I try to send something in every year, as the editor is very nice and always says good things about my work. Always good to get professional praise!
However, they've never actually published anything of mine since my work really isn't sword and sorcery. It's difficult to fit most of my writing into one little genre category, and this has plagued my submission history. But I'm still hopeful :)
